Shipping policy

 

Orders are shipped 2-3 days a week, with the exception of major Holidays. 

MADE TO ORDER: 
All sets are made to order, just for you! 🫶
Once you've checked out your purchase, we will send you a sizing kit (ahead of production) to make sure we get it perfect. These sizing kits will be dispatched within 24hrs of receiving your order.  WE WILL ONLY BEGIN CREATING YOUR SET(S) ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR NAIL SIZES. There is a 3-28 day lead time. Lead times can vary due to seasonal traffic and shipping delays.

LOCAL ORDERS (NZ):
Once your order is complete, please allow 2-5 business days for your completed nails to arrive to you. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 
Once your order is complete, please allow 5-15 business days for your completed nails to arrive to you. 

IN A RUSH / NEED A TARGETED DATE? Please let us know and we can accommodate for a fee.

Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these charges. Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, these taxes are not included in the international shipping fee.
If an order is refused or undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, reshipment expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping. Orders will NOT be refunded due to unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local shipping courier office for fees information before placing an order.
